Follow South Van Dorn Street (VA 613) or Telegraph Road (VA 611) to Franconia Road (VA 644). Take a right on Franconia Rd., heading west. Just before I-95, make a right at light onto Commerce St (VA 789). The Waterford will be on your left at 6715.


From Belle Haven

From Huntington Rd., follow Telegraph Road (VA 611) to Franconia Road (VA 644). Take a right onto Franconia Rd., heading west. Just before I-95, make a right at light onto Commerce St (VA 789). The Waterford will be on your left at 6715.


From D.C.

Follow I-395 South toward Richmond. Take exit 1B. Follow signs for Fraconia/ VA-644 W / Old Keene Mill Rd. Stay in right lane and take exit 169B. Just before Old Keene Mill, bear right onto Brandon Ave. Go two blocks on Brandon to traffic light at Commerce. Turn right on Commerce (VA 789), go across I-95 overpass, and turn right after first light into the Waterford.


From Maryland

Follow I-495 S or I-95 S toward Alexandria/Richmond. Take Exit 169B, 644 Springfield, stay to right, and follow signs for VA 644 W/Old Keene Mill Rd. toward Springfield. Bear right onto Brandon Ave. before coming to Old Keene Mill. Stay on Brandon to first light at Commerce. Turn right onto Commerce (VA 789), cross bridge over I-95 and the Waterford will be on right after first light.


From Richmond

Follow I-95 N to exit 169 A (VA 644 East, Franconia Rd). Make a left at the first light onto Loisdale Rd. Get into the left lane (Springfield Mall will be on your right). Proceed to the light at Franconia Road and go straight through the light. (Loisdale Rd. turns into Commerce St. at Franconia Rd.) After crossing Franconia, Waterford will be on your left at 6715 Commerce.


From McLean, Vienna & Tysons

Follow I-495 toward Richmond and take exit 57A onto I-95 South. Immediately follow signs for VA 644 W /Old Keene Mill Road toward Springfield (exit 169B). Stay in right lane and bear right turn onto Brandon Ave. before coming to Old Keene Mill. On Brandon, go two blocks to first traffic light and turn right onto Commerce. Cross bridge over I-95 and at first light turn right into the Waterford.
